Dear Editor, I dont know what kind of hypocritical person you are . You are yelling about free media ,free speech and free expresion of ideas, when you yourself massively carry -out censorship on the comments forwarded on this page. So, how are you expecting others democrat and liberal when you, a fucken ashole, and ignorant obstruct the view of others not to reach the general public? Shame on you! I have said this not because I wanted to merely complain but I have never got my views appreared on this forum though I have tried a number of times .

I am just a regular Ethiopian who recently watched youur interview with ESAT and my comment wont probably mater to you as I see myself as a hamble Ethiopian. But anyways here is what I think after watching your interviews with ESAT. You kinda implied that the Ethiopian people should not support Woyane if war breaks between the two regimes. This comment of yours has been bothering me for the last cupple of weeks since I watched you on ESAT. I agreed with you on most issues. For example I believe that the only way to get freedom for the Ethiopian people is to get ride of Woyane. NO QUESTION ASKED HERE! But also, I dont think it is wise to support the idea of the Eritreans regime to get ride of Woyane (even if we asume they have the capacity to do so which i highly doubt). Getting ride of Woyane should not come with a price of never-ending national humilation is what I am saying. We should be the once to get ride of these cancer of ours that has infected our society for the last 21 years. We should have a united front that includes every single ethnic and religiouse group to fight this evil.We do Not need Eritrea to do our task for us. In Ethiopian history Eritreans do not have enough credit to be respected for such mesures am sorry to say. Eritreans (eventhou our bros/sis by blood) are seen as deserters and opportunities from an Ethiopian perspective. Eventhou the two nations share so much history,they should stay separeted and shall not mingle with eachother’s buisness otherwise the outcome will not be in favor of Eritrea in the long run I am afraid to say. Our number one enemy is Woyane but we are not so blind to see the evils of the Shabia regime. So Your comment,Mr Kifle made me dought your crediability after hearing you side with the Eritreans. If war breaks out Every Ethiopian wether supporter of the Woyane banda or Not should not hesitate from defending its territory from whatever force it might be. Dont you think?

Melies knew what was coming long time ago, before the 2010 election, and carefully picked someone to replace him. The TPLF tags were careful not to pick a tigrean in order to deceive the Ethiopian people. So they had to look for someone who was not from the major ethnic groups (Oromos & Amharas), someone who has not been on the top EPRDF leadership, someone who does not have wide base support, and someone who is a yes man. Hailemariam Desalegn was a perfect match to their plan/plot, so that the TPLF could run the government behind the curtain. This bulldog (Hailemariam) is a face saver for the TPLFites, he will have no choices other than saying yes sir to the TPLFites. Everything was set before the 2010 election as David Shinn hinted.

Hailemariam Desalegn will be nominated as a PM in the near future, and then they will put a Tigrean foreign minister/deputy prime minister. Possible choices for the foreign minister/deputy prime minister post are: Berhane Gebrekristos, Abay Tsehaye, Tedros Adhanom, and Bereket Simon (as this bulldog is an Eritrean, he is not trusted by the hardcore TPLFites, it is highly unlikely for him to rise to that post, they would like to continue using him the way they are using him so far, as he has no shame to come on TV and lie, he will keep this post). Then their toy (Hailemariam) at the forefront the government will be run as before behind the scene by the TPLF. They will manipulate Hailemariam as they wish. There will be no power struggle inside the ruling party, all is set long time ago my friends. And this shows how much disrespect the TPLF has on the other EPRDF party members (Amhara & Oromos) and how much they are manipulating them.

Like Elias and many other Ethiopian, I too would like to know the status of our PM. Most Ethiopians like myself, are not demanding or even asking for the PM to return to work with out full recovery if indeed he is sick. But all we want is our government to show us, the citizens, some “proof” to disprove a “circulating rummer” that he might be dead. Aside politics, It is the right of every citizen to know the whereabouts and the well being of of their leader.

When I think of Meles I it reminds me of the last 10 years (after the verdict of the border) – he did his best to frustrate peace between Eritrea and Ethiopia by refusing to be abided by the ruling of the EEBC. Hence, he is primarily responsible for the suffering of both Ethiopia and Eritrea.

It should also be noted that it is him (with the guidance of the US) that worked hard to sanction Eritrea so as to weaken it militarily and economically. His dream was to invade Eritrea but he passed/is passing away without realizing his dream.

He is the one who divided Ethiopia into ethnic groups for the purpose of divide and rule. In doing so he might have benefitted his province (Kilil 1) at the expense of others but we will see the outcome of the injustice soon!

Yes, Meles will be remembered as an opportunist, liar, and criminal who created a lot of death, displacement, torture, deportation, etc, in Ethiopia, Somalia, Eritrea, Ogaden, Gambella, etc. He will surely burn in Hell for all the crimes he committed!

one way or another they will come out of their denial to face the truth. He may be alive but no use for theme, now they need to deal with his aftermath. They have to chose one of the two ways : one dismantle this ethnic Babylon, and live under one man one vote principle to live as any Ethiopian in democratic and just Ethiopia for all. Where principally individual rights respected and protected. Where all Ethiopians can live work and get elected to office regardless of their nationality. Or They will try to maintain minority dictatorship in all sphere of Ethiopian people. The second one – which is being propagated by ,TPLF bloggers would bring disaster to TPLF and its supporters. We hope visionary leaders within TPLF, if there is one left, will chose the former than the latter. But Melse’s Babylon is being fractured from its foundation, whether they know it or not. Raise up Ethiopians to reclaim your dignity.
