I think the woyane should learn from the former Yemeni president Abdula Salah. They must call for the opposition political parties to form a transitional gavernment as soon as possible to avoid bloodshed. But as far as Bereket Simon is concerned, he is a liar. It is better for us to think about the unity and stability of our country (possibly the re-unification of Ethiopia).

Believe me, Meles died long ago but CIA is play the card by controlling the sale outs Weyane leaders. CIA has pressured them not to speak out until they make their arrangement for replacement. But God is greater than CIA or all other stupid elements.

The death of the dictator will bring peace to the whole of east Africa, not to mention the Eritro-Ethiopia conflict and the Somalia conundrum.However, the remaining junta behind the dictator may try to keep the status-quo, for a time being, so the need of the opposition groups to work together in a concerted effort will change the balance.Whether, the dictator is alive or dead, he will not assume office, so the opposition should work out ‘after meles’ scenario. It is now to start.

Just for your information, Derege Asfaw – assistance to ambasador Genet Zewde in India who was close to M. Zenawe for the past 20 years is in the process of asking poltical asylum in U.S.A. He is in the U.S.A. with all his family. He has so many properties with a number of different family names and now he want to stay in US by collecting rent money from Addis ababa.

The demise of the aparthied rule in Ethiopia is a fait accompli matter,the question is how to replace it with genuine, accountable,and all inclusive government.Inorder to bring the desired change first and foremost the sole actors in ousting the mafias, the Ethiopian people from all walks of life must start to protest against the ailing regime, subsequently serious opposition groups like G7,OLF,TPDM,SLF.ONLF,and others must begin a coordinated and decisive attack on the regime and disintegrate the military apparatus.My final advise for some political analysts is not to dwell on some trivial matters like speculating the where about of one member of the mafia family i.e meles if alive he is suffering from terminal illness ,if dead his soul is roasting in hell that is it let us all foucs on the nitty gritty

All will be clear in a month time…. But it is quite regretful or shocking- whichever is appropriate- to see a government failing to inform its population on matters as important as this.

And somebody should be accountable for being unwilling to inform the population on such matter….(Population deserve better.)

I think Bereket is bluffing. I have inside info that Meles did return to Ethiopia after receiving medical treatment in Belguim. He was planning a massive military campaign against Eritrea with his generals in Mekele. The preparatioon was being conducted hastly so he could see the destruction of Shabia before he finally retire to 6 foot under. Alas, Col Ftsum snatched him from inside Tigray before the midget realized his dream. Now, nobody knows what the colonel did to the frog.
